I have 13 hp Honda that I am converting from gravity fuel feed to an electric pump with a pressure regulator. Press regulator is 1 to 4 labs. Even at 1 lb it seems to load the carb. Do you think a flow control valve between the carb and press reg valve work so I can regulate the amount of fuel would help? Appreciate your comments.

Harley, You need to pressure check your carb. The carb should hold at least 1 lb of pressure. If the carb wont hold pressure it wont be right no matter what you do. Joe
