I have a pressure washer with a honda engine the only number I could find on it is 6HNXS.187A1A. It fires over great. I take off the choke, and it runs OK. I then try to spray with the wand and it either runs really rough or dies instantly. Any Ideas?
John, You say it runs OK when you take the choke off. It should run very well when you take the choke off, if it dosen’t, the engine is starving for fuel. When a load is applied the demand for fuel is increased, if the demand is not met the engine dies. If you had a problem with the pump, it would give you problems when your NOT spraying. Clean the carb and I think your problem will be solved. Joe
