I have a craftsman’s 7.0 horsepower lawn mower and I have already used it this and know it just smokes and sounds like it is coughing. I put in new spark plugs and filter and it does the same thing. Any suggestions. Thanks

Steve, there could a number of things causing the problem. The most common however is carburation. I would pull the carb and clean it.
